RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@happypooch.com.au or use the ‘contact us’ form at the top of the page. We will then advise you of details of sending your dog car seat back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.
Change of Mind Policy
We will accept return for change of mind, should you find your dog car seat not suitable, providing it meets the above conditions. Returns will receive a full refund, but return postage must be at the customers expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Replacement dog car seats, or missing parts will be sent out at our expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, along with a follow up email.
