SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, along with the tracking details. Keep in mind that shipping time depends on our delivery partners ability and normally varies between 2 to 14 business days, depending on where you are located.

We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for ALL ORDERS.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We try to get your delivery to you as fast as possible, however if you would like to receive your order urgently, please contact us through the ‘contact us’ form at the top of the page, or send an email to customerservice@happypooch.com.au with your delivery address and we will advise you of the quickest service, along with the extra shipping cost involved and then you can decide which option is best for your requirements.  Please also bear in mind, because of the large size of our dog car seats, express post is normally very expensive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can arrange to send a dog car seat internationally, but due to the size of the parcel, these rates can be expensive.  Should you be interested in getting this sent to you overseas, please contact us through our email form and advise us of what you would like and your delivery address.  We will in turn research and find you the best rate from our international courier partners and advise you of the total cost and delivery time frame.  Should you wish to go ahead from there, we will arrange to send you out an invoice and once paid, dispatch your parcel and then send a return email, with the courier details and a tracking number.

We currently also sell our product on Amazon USA, Canada and Mexico.  It may be a cheaper option to explore this way, especially when they have the capacity to send it off at a more competitive shipping rate.  You can find our product there under the search term:
